• Symphony Station - Elevator 504 unavailable until further notice due to unscheduled outage. The elevator serving the Angle Lake platform and the South Mezzanine near Exit C is out of service.
  
  To ride the 1 Line to Angle Lake:
  
  1. Cross the South Mezzanine and take the elevator down to the Lynnwood platform.
  2. Go to the opposite end of the Lynnwood platform and take the platform elevator up to the North Mezzanine toward Exit B.
  3. Cross the North Mezzanine and take the elevator down to the Angle Lake platform to board the 1 Line, ride the 1 Line to Pioneer Square Station and transfer to a Lynnwood train to return to Symphony Station.
  
  To exit the station to 2nd Ave:
  
  1. Use the elevator toward Exit B (2nd Ave & University St) and exit via the pedestrian walkway.
  
  To exit the station to 3rd Ave:
  
  1. Take the elevator toward Exit B (2nd Ave & University St) to the North Mezzanine.
  2. Cross the North Mezzanine and take the elevator down to the Lynnwood platform.
  3. Go to the opposite end of the Lynnwood platform and take the elevator up to the South Mezzanine toward Exit C.
  4. Take the South Mezzanine elevator up to 3rd Ave & Seneca St.
• Elevators at Symphony Station North Mezzanine to Benaroya Hall lobby service hours.
  
  The elevators at Symphony Station serving the north mezzanine to the Benaroya Hall lobby, near Exit A2, service hours for public use beginning May 19, 2025 are:
  
  6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
  
  The elevators are in service at these specified times. Please use alternate elevators when these elevators are not in service.
  
  On certain weekends and evenings, the Benaroya Hall Boeing Gallery will offer access to Symphony Station from 2.5 hours prior to any public event through its conclusion. See the Seattle Symphony’s calendar of Benaroya Hall events for dates and times of public events.
