• Escalator upgrades at Int'l Dist/Chinatown Station
  
  Sound Transit continues to upgrade escalators at International District/Chinatown Station. See below for current service status during the improvement process.
  
  Exit B – to 5th Ave S & King St:
  
  • Escalator 903 from Lynnwood platform – out of service
  • Escalator 904 from Federal Way platform – out of service
  
  Passengers who need assistance while at a Sound Transit station, can call or text Security at (206) 398-5268.
• Starting at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 4, through Friday, May 8, construction at Pinehurst Station will require 1 Line trains to share a track at Shoreline South/148th Station. Trains will serve the northbound/Lynnwood City Center side of the platform.
  
  Expect 12-minute wait times from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Trains between Northgate and International District/Chinatown will run every 6 minutes.
  
  Expect 16-minute wait times from 11:00 p.m. until the end of service. Trains between Northgate and International District/Chinatown will run every 8 minutes. Regular service resumes each morning.
  
  There will be no northbound 2 Line service from Northgate to Lynnwood City Center after 8 p.m. All northbound 2 Line passengers must exit at Northgate Station and transfer to a northbound 1 Line train to continue to Lynnwood City Center Station.
  
  Schedule and Platform Use:
  
  May 4 - May 8: Lynnwood City Center platform – 8 p.m. - Start of service
  
  The schedule will extend past May 8, with updates posted at stations and online.

• Capitol Hill Station elevator 1 out of service due to scheduled maintenance. The elevator at the E Denny Way exit serving the street, South Mezzanine, and platform is out of service. See below for alternate route information.
  
  To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the street:
  
  1. Go to Broadway Ave E and turn right toward E John St.
  2. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  3. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.
  
  To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the South Mezzanine:
  
  1. Take the pedestrian walkway toward the west exit.
  2. Take elevator up to the street.
  3. Turn left on Broadway Ave E.
  4. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  5. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.
  
  To exit the station from the platform:
  
  1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward the E John St exit.
  2. Take the platform elevator to the North Mezzanine.
  3. Take the elevator at the North Mezzanine up to the street (E John St & Broadway Ave E).
• East stairwell at South Bellevue Station Garage is closed
  
  The east stairwell in the center of the South Bellevue Station Garage is closed until further notice due to needed maintenance. To exit the garage, please use the stairwells located along the perimeters of the north and south ends.

• Roosevelt Station is inaccessible to passengers requiring elevator service. See below for alternate route information.
  
  Passengers requiring elevator service must go to another station.
  
  To ride the 1 Line to Northgate:
  
  1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at 12 Ave NE & NE 65th St.
  2. Take northbound route 67 to 1st Ave NE & NE 100th St for Northgate Station.
  
  To ride the 1 Line to Federal Way Downtown:
  
  1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St
  2. Take route 45 to University Way NE & NE 43rd St for U District Station.
  3. Street level elevators at U District Station are located on Brooklyn Ave NE at NE 43rd St or NE 45th St.
  
  Passengers requiring elevator service CANNOT exit Roosevelt Station.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  1. Board the 1 Line toward Federal Way Downtown.
  2. Exit the 1 Line at U District Station.
  3. Go to King County Metro bus stop at University Way NE & NE 43rd St.
  4. Take route 45 to 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St to return to Roosevelt Station.
• U District Station is inaccessible to passengers requiring elevator service. See below for alternate route information.
  
  Passengers requiring elevator service must go to another station.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at University Way NE & NE 43rd St.
  2. Take northbound route 45 to 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St for Roosevelt Station.
  3. Street level elevators at Roosevelt Station are located at 12 Ave NE & NE 65th St.
  
  Passengers requiring elevator service CANNOT exit U-District Station.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  1. Board the 1 Line toward Lynnwood.
  2. Exit the 1 Line at Roosevelt Station.
  3. Go to the King County metro bus stop at 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St.
  4. Take southbound route 45 to University Way NE & NE 43rd St to return to U District Station.
• Elevator outage at University of Washington Station. The elevator at the Husky Stadium exit serving the street (Montlake Blvd NE), pedestrian bridge, and platform is out of service.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  1. Take the elevator located directly across from the out of service unit down to the platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  1. Take the nearby elevator located directly across from the out of service unit up to the street or pedestrian bridge to Montlake Blvd NE.
