• Escalator upgrades at Int'l Dist/Chinatown Station
  
  Sound Transit continues to upgrade escalators at International District/Chinatown Station. See below for current service status during the improvement process.
  
  Exit B – to 5th Ave S & King St:
  
  • Escalator 903 from Lynnwood platform – out of service
  • Escalator 904 from Federal Way platform – out of service
  
  Passengers who need assistance while at a Sound Transit station, can call or text Security at (206) 398-5268.
• Capitol Hill Station elevator 1 out of service due to scheduled maintenance. The elevator at the E Denny Way exit serving the street, South Mezzanine, and platform is out of service. See below for alternate route information.
  
  To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the street:
  
  1. Go to Broadway Ave E and turn right toward E John St.
  2. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  3. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.
  
  To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the South Mezzanine:
  
  1. Take the pedestrian walkway toward the west exit.
  2. Take elevator up to the street.
  3. Turn left on Broadway Ave E.
  4. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  5. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.
  
  To exit the station from the platform:
  
  1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward the E John St exit.
  2. Take the platform elevator to the North Mezzanine.
  3. Take the elevator at the North Mezzanine up to the street (E John St & Broadway Ave E).
• Shuttle buses are replacing 2 Line trains between South Bellevue and Overlake stations from 10:30 p.m. to the end of service for scheduled maintenance.
  
  The last eastbound train to Downtown Redmond serving all stations will depart from Lynnwood at 9:40 p.m., serving South Bellevue at 10:31 p.m.
  
  The last westbound train to Lynnwood City Center serving all stations will depart from Downtown Redmond at 10:26 p.m., serving Overlake Village at 10:34 p.m.
  
  Shuttle buses between South Bellevue Station and Overlake Station will run every 10 - 15 minutes.

• East stairwell at South Bellevue Station Garage is closed
  
  The east stairwell in the center of the South Bellevue Station Garage is closed until further notice due to needed maintenance. To exit the garage, please use the stairwells located along the perimeters of the north and south ends.

• Shoreline North Garage - All elevators unavailable until further notice due to power outage. See below for alternate route information.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  To access the Federal Way Downtown platform from the upper level:
  
  1. Travel through the Entry Plaza to elevator 1.
  2. Take the elevator to the Federal Way Downtown platform.
  
  To access the Federal Way Downtown platform from the platform level:
  
  1. Travel to the north end of the station.
  2. Take elevator 3 up to the pedestrian landing.
  3. Cross the pedestrian landing and take elevator 2 down to the Federal Way Downtown platform.
  
  To access the Lynnwood City Center platform from the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to the north end of the station.
  2. Take elevator 3 down to the Lynnwood City Center platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  From the Lynnwood City Center platform to the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to the north end of the platform
  2. Take elevator 3 to the upper level and exit the station using the pedestrian bridge to exit the station.
• Shoreline North Station - All elevators unavailable until further notice due to power outage. The Federal Way Downtown platform is inaccessible to those requiring elevator service. See below for alternate route information.
  
  To ride the Link to Federal Way Downtown , passengers requiring elevator service must go to another station:
  
  1. From the upper level, take elevators down to the Lynnwood City Center platform.
  2. Ride the 1 line to Mountlake Terrace Link Station.
  3. At Mountlake Terrace Link Station, transfer to the 1 Line toward Federal Way Downtown.
  
  To access the Lynnwood City Center platform from the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to garage elevators (G1 or G2).
  2. Take the elevator down to the platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  Passengers requiring elevator service CANNOT exit from the Federal Way Downtown platform.
  
  1. From the Federal Way Downtown platform, reboard the 1 Line.
  2. Take the 1 line to Shoreline South Station.
  3. Exit the station.
  4. Travel to the bus stop at NE 5th Ave & NE 148th St and board the northbound King County 347 bus.
  6. Exit at NE 175th St & 5th Ave NE stop and travel to the Shoreline North Station (15-minute distance).
  
  To access the upper level from the Lynnwood City Center platform:
  
  1. Travel to the south end of the platform.
  2. Take garage elevator (G1 or G2) up to the upper level
• On Saturday, May 2, from the start of service until noon, shuttle buses will replace 2 Line trains between Spring District and Overlake Village stations for scheduled maintenance.
  
  Sound Transit is upgrading signaling equipment between Spring District and Overlake Village stations to improve system reliability.
  
  2 Line trains will arrive every 20 minutes between Lynnwood City Center and Spring District stations, and every 13 minutes between Overlake Village and Downtown Redmond stations.
  
  At Wilburton and Spring District stations, please board all trains on the platform to Lynnwood. At Overlake Village Station, please board all trains on the platform to Downtown Redmond.
  
  2 Line shuttle buses will arrive about every 10 to 15 minutes.

• Elevator outage at University of Washington Station. The elevator at the Husky Stadium exit serving the street (Montlake Blvd NE), pedestrian bridge, and platform is out of service.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  1. Take the elevator located directly across from the out of service unit down to the platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  1. Take the nearby elevator located directly across from the out of service unit up to the street or pedestrian bridge to Montlake Blvd NE.
