• Shoreline North/185th Station - Elevator 3 unavailable until further notice due to mechanical issue.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  To access the Lynnwood City Center platform from the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to the south end of the bus loop to garage elevators (G1 or G2).
  2. Take the elevator down to the platform level.
  3. Exit the garage that connects to the platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  To access exit through the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to the other end south of the platform.
  2. Enter the garage and take garage elevator (G1 or G2) to the upper level.
• SeaTac Airport Station 2nd pedestrian bridge elevator construction begins January 8, 2025.
  
  Beginning January 8, 2025, through 2026, construction will take place at SeaTac Airport Station to add a new elevator to the pedestrian bridge. The new elevator will provide an additional option for passengers to travel from the pedestrian bridge to the pickup/drop off parking lot adjacent to the station. During construction, passengers can expect pedestrian walkways to occasionally be blocked or narrowed, and access to the current elevator periodically interrupted.
  
  During times where pedestrian walkways are blocked and elevator access is unavailable, passengers may catch the Rapid Ride A Line bus from SeaTac Airport Station to Tukwila International Boulevard Station in order to use the 1 Line.
  
  The pedestrian bridge from the station to the airport will be unaffected and available throughout the duration of this project.
  
  Beginning February 10, 2025 half of the passenger pick up/drop off area will be closed, as will some parts of the plaza near the stairs and existing elevator as equipment begins to come in for construction of the new elevator.
  
  Additional information about changes in elevator accessibility will be provided as it comes available.
• Capitol Hill Station - Elevator 1 unavailable until further notice due to maintenance.
  
  To ride the 1 Line from the street:
  
  1. Go to Broadway Ave E and turn right toward E John St.
  2. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  3. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.
  
  To ride the 1 Line from the South Mezzanine:
  
  1. Take the pedestrian walkway toward the west exit.
  2. Take elevator up to the street.
  3. Turn left on Broadway Ave E.
  4. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
  5. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for.
  
  To exit the station from the platform:
  
  1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward the E John St exit.
  2. Take the platform elevator to the North Mezzanine.
  3. Take the elevator at the North Mezzanine up to the street (E John St & Broadway Ave E) elevator access to the platform.
• 2 Line trains have begun service between Lynnwood and International District/Chinatown. Passengers traveling south of International District/Chinatown must board 1 Line trains.
  
  Between Feb. 14 and March 27, passengers can board 2 Line trains between Lynnwood and International District/Chinatown. All passengers must exit at International District/Chinatown and board 1 Line trains to travel further south during final testing.
  
  - Pay attention to train head signs.
  - Passengers traveling south of downtown Seattle must board 1 Line trains.
  - Passengers traveling between Lynnwood and International District/Chinatown can board 1 Line or 2 Line trains.
  - All passengers MUST exit 2 Line trains at International District/Chinatown, starting Feb.14.
  - Airport travelers should wait for 1 Line trains to avoid transferring.
  
  2 Line service between Redmond and Lynnwood begins March 28.
• University of Washington Station - Elevator 2 unavailable until further notice due to scheduled outage.
  
  To ride the 1 Line:
  
  1. Take the elevator located directly across from the out of service unit down to the platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  1. Take the nearby elevator located directly across from the out of service unit up to the street or pedestrian bridge to Montlake Blvd NE.
• On Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22, shuttle buses will replace trains between Capitol Hill and Stadium. 2 Line simulated service will not operate during this period.
  
  During this time, 2 Line trains will only operate between South Bellevue and Downtown Redmond stations. Simulated service will resume on March 23.
  
  Shuttle buses will arrive at closed stations every 10 to 15 minutes.
  
  Train service between Lynnwood and Capitol Hill stations will run every 15 minutes.
  
  Trains between Stadium and Federal Way Downtown stations will run on regular service timing.

• Elevator and Escalator upgrades at Int'l Dist/Chinatown Station
  
  Sound Transit continues to upgrade elevators and escalators at International District/Chinatown Station. See below for current service status during the improvement process.
  
  Exit A - to 5th Ave S & S Jackson St:
  • Elevator 901 to Lynnwood platform – in service
  • Elevator 902 to Federal Way platform – in service
  • Escalator 901 from Lynnwood platform – in service
  • Escalator 902 from Federal Way platform – in service
  
  Exit B – to 5th Ave S & King St:
  • Elevator 904 to Federal Way platform – out of service
  • Escalator 903 from Lynnwood platform – out of service

  • Southeast stairwell to/from Lynnwood platform – closed

• 2 Line service from Lynnwood to International District/Chinatown will be suspended from March 18–22. Use 1 Line trains during this time.
  
  2 Line simulated service between Lynnwood and International District is expected to resume March 23. 
  
  2 Line service between Redmond and Lynnwood begins after the ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 28.

  2. Cross the pedestrian landing to elevator 2.
  3. Take elevator down to the Federal Way platform.
  
  To access the Federal Way Platform from the platform level:
  
  1. Travel to the other north end of the platform.
  2. Take elevator 3 up to the pedestrian landing.
  3. Cross the pedestrian landing and take elevator 2 down to the Federal Way platform.
  
  To exit the station:
  
  To access exit through the platform level:
  
  1. Travel to the other end north of the platform.
  2. Take the elevator up to the pedestrian landing.
  3. Cross the pedestrian landing and take elevator 3 down to the platform level.
  
  To access exit through the upper level:
  
  1. Travel to the other north end of the platform.
  2. Take the elevator up to the pedestrian landing.
  3. Cross the pedestrian landing and exit the station using the pedestrian bridge to the upper level.
