Starting at 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, 1 Line Shuttle buses will replace trains between Capitol Hill and SODO stations for planned maintenance. See below for more information.

Sound Transit is upgrading signaling equipment in downtown Seattle stations to improve system reliability.

During the times listed below, 1 Line Shuttle buses will replace trains between Capitol Hill and SODO stations:

- From 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, until end of service.
- On Saturday, Jan. 17, maintenance has been canceled, normal operations for events happening in Seattle.
- From Start of service on Sunday, Jan. 18, until noon.

1 Line trains will arrive every 15 minutes between Lynnwood City Center and Capitol Hill stations, and every 15 minutes between SODO and Federal Way Downtown stations.

Capitol Hill board trains on the northbound platform unless otherwise directed.
SODO board trains on the northbound platform.

1 Line Shuttle buses will arrive at closed stations every 10-15 minutes. Below are shuttle stops for affected stations:

Westlake
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & Pine St
- to Federal Way: Pine St & 5th Ave

Pioneer Square
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & James St
